Can I use GNU libstdc++ for OS Development?

I am still looking for some things.... But I thik from all of guys here ( no offence ) you were the only one who completly understood my qusetion...

By the way, till what point you were able to implement GNU lib for you OS Development.... May be your information may help me get started!
