Back to the topic: If you have a Nokia phone then chances are you're using Symbian (it's a mobile OS), and there are web pages full of Symbian applications (skinning, office programs, OpenGL games, web browsers, what ever you can think of). If your phone uses Windows Mobile then there are also sites dedicated to compact .NET and Windows Mobile applications.
