i found mine in other operating systems, for example on this forum there are many nationalities, if you download the source of their OS you can get the keyboard layout.
If there are problems with any of the keys, just printf the scancode in hex or decimal when the key is pressed using the irq interupt.
I have UK, US, German and Italian (not sure why.. but it might help one day
