Yes i have web site click on my WWW 
, and its code by a team of coders call "Team Dex4u" the code is not available on the web site, but anyone that join the Dex4u forum and asks for the code is sent it, also the licence is such that any one that adds code become a licence owner.
The OS spec is based on the Xbox OS, see here for xbox spec
