- Bran at least took the time to explain clearly what he assumed (DJGPP). However, he'd have better not included "GCC under Unix" in the environment for which the tutorial works, not at least while using "DOS batch scripts" and assuming underscore-prefixed symbols.

- The fact someone using poor tools write a great tutorial doesn't mean the tool is great ... We unfortunately have too much tutorials assuming DJGPP around ...

(i wish Bona Fide tutorials were in a wiki ...)
