BIOS interrupts

Does any1 know all of the interrupts, their roles, arguments... I want to know EXACTLY what can I do when my OS boots. Which devices can i access, what operations can I perform, how to perform them... I've tried the webpage with a lot of interrupts (someone's interrupt list, from the 80's now in HTML... something like that). But it's all not clear. I need the right explanation.
