Linker ? Grub error...

My kernel was func perfect, but if my size kernel files > X the linker create a invalid binary file... and all times the kernel.bin file size is 20kb = 4096x4...

Without your code, I can't really debug or test it, but...

try this linker script, which is a form of what I use...

How did you copy the file (in particular, what is line 6)?

I always found objdump to be a useful tool when debugging linker issues. Check out all your source objects -- check out what sections they have, their names, and sizes. Now take a look at what your linker script is telling ld to do. Does this conflict with the contents of your objects? I find this is often the issue with linker issues.
