For some reason my connection is dreadfully slow right now so I won't go searching for it for you. Here are the keywords you should be looking for, and searching the wider internet will also help: UDMA, ATA, ATAPI and SCSI. If you don't understand all of them start with some background info (maybe from Wikipedia) and decide which are appropriate for your target machine.
