I am in need for a driver for Network Interface Card in pure DOS platform. Is there any common driver(general to all NIC cards) which will help us to enable the NIC card for us.

Are you looking for real mode source to a nic driver or just wanting to make a nic work under dos? If it's the later do a google search for dos msclient. It was a two disk set of software that MS made that even had a tcp/ip stack and lots of nics came with drivers for it. Some still do.
