It's interesting to see, that nearly all the people posting to this board are teens. It's a miracle: as a teen, you've got all the time, but you can't know all the tricky things to get your project working well. Later, when you are older and you finished your study, you know all these things, but you don't have time to implement them. So your project will never come to it's end.
The older ones know, what I'm writing about...
I started my OS development nearly 6 years ago (at the age of 19). The project was aborted many times and restarted in another language and other techniques. Now, I don't have the time to continue the development. It's a pity.

RE:Interesting
I completely agree. I have one more year to finish my study and i have no time at all to write the OS.

RE:Interesting
I hear ya. But fortunately I'm finally about to get my first simple OS up and running. Hopefully it won't be my last, since now I'll want to be making something more elaborate now. If I stick to one project long enough though, maybe I'll actually complete another one; that is, as long as I stay single. If I ever get married, there's no way I'll EVER have time!
