I have a basic "Hello, World" kernel.  I was wondering if I could pick your brains on where I should go from here.  Thanks for your time.

Is your kernel located in, or outside the bootstrap? Is it rm or pm?

Anyways, try echoing the keyboard, or make some disk-read functions. Make them work with Fat12 or whatever you choose, and you get a well working program spawner.
