cygwin.com down

I'm using cygwin to develop my OS, but I just formatted and thus I don't have cygwin anymore, and that cygwin.com is down makes me unhappy.

Anyone know why it's down? When it's going to get back up?
Or is there anyone that wants to point me to another place where I may download cygwin packages?
