E-book recommendation please

Uhh... doesn't it cost anything to get the printed copies of these manuals? I was wanting to find out how much they cost (no price listed anywhere), so I filled out the order form, figuring it would ask for a credit card number... then it just says "your order has been processed" with no further ado.

Does that mean a book is in the mail? ;)

Well, they contain a bill in the mail. Saying they've been paid. Note, I never paid either, for AMD's nor Intels.

Alright, cool. I was expecting a nominal charge, maybe just for shipping, $30(CDN) or so.
