Windows XP has it. Does Linux have it too?

Linux currently hasn't got a total power down->reboot feature, but they are working on it (see kernel 2.5 series -> debugging/hacking features when configuring the kernel). Linux does have power management options, if that's what your refering to - an implementation of APM and ACPI, whatever you're computer uses. Again, see the kernel configuration.

Hibernate is not power management.
Hibernate is when a OS save it's state( like a BIG TASK), and turns off the PC.
If you reboot after this, then you will return your OS to the state before hibernate. So if you are playing some game, and you do a Hibernate, after you reboot the game whont even know that the computer was rebooted.

Linux defenatly does not support this.

Thanks. I know 'shutdown' in Linux doesn't have this feature.
