Do you know what time zone (GMT offset) Istanbul is? GMT (London) is probably about 2 or 3 hours behind Istanbul, and GMT-8 (Pacific) is 8 hours behind GMT, so Pacific is probably 10 or 11 hours behind Istanbul.
don't worry too much about time as the chat will last 48hours. This will allow everyone to participate and talk amongst eachother. We would also like to invite everyone from Freenode to join us. maybe we could throw big Group chats liek this more often back and forth between irc servers? Aren't you on freenode Tim Robinson?
