minix source
minix source
I have Andrew S. Tanenbaum's os book and it contains a cd with Minix inside. But there is no code in it.Where can I found minix source code?
Re:minix source
the code is a) in the book and b) on the cd.
look harder, the source is all there.

Re:minix source
Searching keyboard.c:
a) Found on the book. (But need softcopy)
b) Not found in the cd. (I wonder if the code is compressed or saved in a different format or name?)

Re:minix source
Try reading the readme.txt, or the chapter "what's on the CD", instead of brute-force searching for a filename... ::)
Every good solution is obvious once you've found it.

Re:minix source
It's definitely on the CD. If it wasn't, I wouldn't have a directory called 'minix' on my hard disk.
(And no, I can't email you my copy. )
