I have Andrew S. Tanenbaum's os book and it contains a cd with Minix inside. But there is no code in it.Where can I found minix source code?

the code is a) in the book and b) on the cd.
look harder, the source is all there.

Searching keyboard.c:

a) Found on the book. (But need softcopy)
b) Not found in the cd. (I wonder if the code is compressed or saved in a different format or name?)

Try reading the readme.txt, or the chapter "what's on the CD", instead of brute-force searching for a filename... ::)
Every good solution is obvious once you've found it.

there are chances the sources are in a big gzipped tarball ;)

It's definitely on the CD. If it wasn't, I wouldn't have a directory called 'minix' on my hard disk.

(And no, I can't email you my copy. :) )
