Very good. Both thumbs up. I like it how it has information organized and to the point, reasonably updated (i.e., no obsolete updates); and how it does not drown you in GIFs as other sites [i.e., commercial] do.
Keep it up. If I ever do a page [on anything], I'll be sure to link.

http://surf.to/osdev
goes to
http://osanswers.port5.com/cgi-bin/forward1.pl
which goes to
http://osanswers.port5.com/index.htm
which is 404 (Not Found); should probably be just
http://osanswers.port5.com
There are some broken links to
http://osanswers.port5.com/docs.htm
(should be docs.php ?)
What is "bandwidth piracy"? And why do you make people
jump through hoops to get to your page? Is port5.com
a free server but with limited bandwidth, like Tripod?

The forward1.pl redirect has been fixed(it goes to either osanswers.port5.com or osdev.mega.net.kg depending on the day that you visit). The forward1.pl helps to spread out the bandwidth over the two site because both sites have a bandwidth restriction of 100MB a month.
Where are the broken links to docs.htm(yes it is supposed to be docs.php)?
Bandwidth Piracy is were someone, instead of having the file on their site, uses a direct link to one on someone else's site. That means that the "someone else's site" has to give the bandwidth to the other site(this is a HUGE problem with graphics).
