Re:Gamecube
wow.. well, this information is usually sealed by Nintendo and they do not like to give it to people other than game companies ...
The GBA has been more easy to abstract because it has simple hardware, but for the 3D graphic card of the Game Cube ... gee ...

well, i'll get me a gamevube maybe and TRY to make the way for it more open for other developers
i think Dreamcast is kinda dead and Playstation2 already has linux, Xbox is basicly a PC and Playstation1(PSX) has no MMU...so i wanted some cheap thing to code a little on it.. Gamecube looks pretty nice, but very inopen too
I'm gonna study the docs

Re:Gamecube
Remember that you can't really *code* on the gamecube .. you code on the PC and then make the console run the program ...
may be obvious ... may need to be refreshed ...

Re:Gamecube
unfortunetly, you can't even really program on the PC for the gamecube and run them there(afaik).
you can compile them, but then you'd need to find out how booting a gamecube-media works and write a bootloader or so.. but i need a gamecube before..
and later when having an OS with a Compiler you *could* program on the Gamecube, but this is far beyond from being real :/
best regards
