i wanna ask whether the external clock frequency is always higher than internal clock frequency or vice versa .Also explain your answer .
Further more what other factors can make me increase data transfer rate in my computer
.Where i can get information(detailed)/resources about these concepts (clocks ,data transfer rate,.....)
