I am starting to design new OS. It' be micro kernel based,
modular, stream based communication betwen processes -
is the only way to communicate with other process.
I need some people with experience of programming in protected mode to design and implement technical solutions.
If anyone without experience in protected mode programming

Maybe you should give more info. From what you say here, it sounds like you want to design it and have others code it for you.

No, Everyone can suggest what he wants. But the main conception should be stable. The aim of project should be defined and never be refined.

I mean, it sounds like you aren't going to do any coding of the OS. You might be, but from your posts I(and others) can't tell.

So, given that you don't know the technical background behind what you're designing, what's to stop you demanding that your programmers write you an anti-gravity holographic OS with an add-on which mows the lawn?
My advice is that you go and learn all the technical details as well as the theoretical design side, and do it yourself.

No, I know the theory of protected mode. I read a lot of books and explored a lot of tutorials, but it is hard to create os when you are alone.
