Intel GMA950 PRM?

Intel GMA950 PRM?

Has anyone seen PRM for Intel's 3rd generation graphics? I can't find PRM or any sort of register level documentation for anything older than their 4th generation devices. The closest thing I can find is i945 (uses GMA950 graphics) chipset documentation, which has some useful information regarding chipset configuration but not very much about graphics.
