Further prototypes

Post by PeterX »

Hi all!

I had the idea for further OS-developer prototypes, maybe:

1.) A programmer who does ALL in Assembler, even the high level stuff.
Maybe name him/her "A. S. Embler" or "Ace Embler". Don't know.

2.) Not sure about another prototype:
Real mode developer, producing a DOS clone. There sure are several people of this kind out there.
Maybe name them "R.M. OverDOSe"?

3.) Windows cloners?

I'm not sure about any of these three. There are real OS projects out there that fit into these categories. But if that's enough reason to add them as prototype, I don't know.

Greetings
Peter

Just go ahead and do it.
managarm: Microkernel-based OS capable of running a Wayland desktop (Discord: https://discord.gg/7WB6Ur3). My OS-dev projects: [mlibc: Portable C library for managarm, qword, Linux, Sigma, ...] [LAI: AML interpreter] [xbstrap: Build system for OS distributions].
