Uefi - testing system

Post by Electrical »

Hello. I have .efi file and I want to test it without virtual machine, pendrive or cd disk. How can I do it?

Set up another computer with DHCP and TFTP servers and PXE boot your .efi file. :D

Or, if you don't have a second computer, you could copy the .efi file to the EFI system partition and modify the boot settings, but that's not a good idea: if anything goes wrong, how will you fix it?
