Virtual Memory Cann't memory mapping 3GB

I've got a problem when I try to follow broken thorn tutorial Virtual Memory using multiboot. I've got a problem that my physical memory out of memory when try allocating second table memory (mapping 3GB). Where is the problem when allocate region in memory using Multiboot?
