The first screenshot (as others have already pointed out) is probably scaled by bochs (1.png) and is a Mode-Q I've linked earlier, with 256 colors.
The second (0.png) is plain simple VGA text mode with redefined fonts. No graphics here, basic 8 colors (highlight might be used to switch font banks).
The third (.png) is a classic CGA mode with 4 colors. (Not VGA nor VESA at all)
