Loading ELF kernel with GRUB 2.02

Post by RezaNoei »

Hello,

I'm Using Grub 0.97 (Legacy version) to loading my ELF kernel.
And I have installed Ubuntu Gnome 14.4 with GRUB 2.02 on my host computer.
so i want to load my elf kernel through my host OS (Ubuntu 14.04)
I know this could be done by adding one menuentry in my grub.cfg file.
but, i think there are some line of codes that i must add to this menuentry.

i have read some manual but it will make long time for me to read them all, is there a short way to achieve this
goal ?

I would think that normally reading the manual is faster than waiting for the answer

Or perhaps, ask ubuntu or google itself?
