WHY?
I don't want people rating my "karma", and I don't want to rate anyone else's. We're not here to rate each other (at least that's not why I'm here). We've got moderators to remind people to contribute intelligently to discussions, and I think that even they shouldn't invoke their powers unless something's really getting out of hand and the board members can't do anything about it.
