internet problem

everytime i go online this happens. i have a cable modem. when i go into IE or Netscape, this same problem happens. sometimes it will load the page right away, then sometimes, it delays, then after 30 seconds, it loads the page. i dont know why. any clue on how to fix it?

Have you tried hooking it into a new jack?

Also you might check your Cable provider's home page for any problems.

this happened with my 56k also. it delays sometimes. at the bottom it says done. then after a bit, it loads the page.

Hmmm... whenever this happens to us, we justtry and use another phone line...

Sounds like your having packet loss. Go to http://dslreports.com/tweaks and try the online test to see what you can do to fix it. Tweaking it may or may not fix your problem, but it will most likely speed up your connection.
