I have a website and I was wondering if anybody knows what browsers and what version of those browsers does www.portland.co.uk support?
I have looked on their website and there isn't anything.
I also would like anybody who has Modzilla, Opera, or Netscape to try my link on those browsers. Then just post what browser you used and what version it is.
Also any other browsers are welcomed. I would like someone to try my link on Netscape 5.0, 6.0 and the newest version 6.22. I tried it on 6.22 and it didn't work, but I still want someone to try it, just to make sure it works.
Heres the link: http://mccabe-os.port5.com
Thanks in advance

Re:Help on website
The site appears to work in Netscape 6.1 (although I did have to try twice to get it connect).
I would imagine that there are no sites that don't support Netscape in terms of actually transferring the HTML from one computer to another. As far as I know the only concern is the use of proprietary HTML markup, which has nothing to do with where the site is stored (unless the site itself adds ad code that isn't compatible with Netscape). Regardless, I use IE6, so I can't tell you for sure that everything works perfectly with NS6.1, but it seemed like every link in NS6.1 opened properly.
Incidentally, there is no Netscape 5.0...they skipped from 4 to 6.

Re:Help on website
IE5: everything works
NS4.7: it works, but every link has a line underneath it, even when not moving your mouse over it. (you won't be able to solve that problem I think).
NS6: I haven't tested it, but I'm sure it will look just the same as in IE5

Re:Help on website
I am having someone test my site on opera and modzilla.
Has anyone downloaded the newest version of netscape which is 7.0 and tried it to see if its stable.
If its stable, I will suggest people that have an older version of netscape to download this new version which should be compatible with my website.
