Wahey!
Re:Wahey!
I always thought the board nuked inactive members after 30 days.. or not.. I'll have to check... mm and I still need to upgrade my yabbse..
aaaand 10 minutes later, I just updated to yabbse1.4.1
hope all is well

Re:Wahey!
I've set the border between active and non-active at no posts at all. I could consider a member active when he has last posted something 1 month ago, but, like df, someone else can consider them inactive if they haven't posted anything within 30 days. To avoid discussion on that, I counted everyone that is/has been active.

Nope it doesn't do it automatically, but it does give you the option to nuke them on command.I always thought the board nuked inactive members after 30 days.. or not.. I'll have to check...
Looks like all went well. Trust me 1.4.1 is great... and it is the last version until 2.0 which will be a total rewrite from scratch.aaaand 10 minutes later, I just updated to yabbse1.4.1

Re:Wahey!
Just out of curiousity:
When you nuke a member, you nuke all of their messages, right? And wouldn't that cause quite a bit of confusion on the board? I mean, it would look like people are responding to messages that don't exist - you'd think the other members are hearing voices or something.

Re:Wahey!
I know what nuked means , but df said that their messages were kept.
I asked about the rankings thing because every single other yabb board I've seen has them.
(I've been buried under a rock for the past few years, and was pleasantly surprised by this spiffy new -almost- standard for message boards)

Well this board is great, but there is many flaws with it's queries(too many of them) which makes the board slower than necessary.(I've been buried under a rock for the past few years, and was pleasantly surprised by this spiffy new -almost- standard for message boards)
