help: i586-elf-as: command not found

in the cygwin, when i want to run "i586-elf-as boot.s -o boot.o"
always got " i586-elf-as: command not found ".

please help me. :cry: :cry: :cry:

If you have followed the Cross compiler tutorial but are still getting this error, you need to look at your PATH environment variable.
