Is it possible to use SMM for reading data from USB which I booted from to RAM? How to do it?

what Combuster said. But to properly answer your question, you don't. Sounds like you might be a little confused with USB host controller 8042 emulation. But that is for human interface devices, not mass storage or anything else.
