u gave a nice idea ....
i tried it .. i tried it, i copied the bootloader hex on the floppy disk's 1st sector, keeping the 512b intact, and keeping the FAT definition on the disk, still i'm getting the same 'you have to format the disk' message.
anyway thanx for the help....
as u can see if i'm nt able to make a floppy image i cant make anthing ( CD/HDD/Flash) bootable, emulating a floppy image.
and if i can't make a bootable floppy this tym, how can i make a CD bootable without making an El-Torito "no-emulation" bootable CD?
and if i want to make El-Torito "no-emulation" bootable CD is der a way to make it without GRUB?
BLUE is too common now, change it to something else!

if you read the proper docs, you'd know that part of the FAT format is actally embedded in the bootsector within the first 512 bytes. Time to RTFM i think :o
