how to limit Cywin to show english only?

how to limit Cywin to show english only?

I am from china, using Cywin for osDev , when I flow "GCC Cross-Compiler" steps,(eg. compiling GCC-4.4.3 ), warn shows as chinese. I want to show only english ,easy to communicating . thanks everyone!
