Hi!
I have been thinking about this and just cant make my mind about this.
Should we have tablet specific OS. Or lets say should an OS that is made to work with laptop/desktop(where a user can do alot of things) be ported to tablets where the use is much limited?
Should there be a tablet specific OS
Should there be a tablet specific OS
Thanks

I guess for the internals, you might go with porting, but the GUI might need a lot of changes.

Re: Should there be a tablet specific OS
Well, personally, I think that a real tablet OS doesn't exist [to my current knowledge]. And I think that we should really look at what a tablet centered OS would be like. Because, Windows really isn't designed for a tablet, nor are most applications. If you want to start writing one, I would be happy to join the project. I am hoping to buy a tablet anyway soon.
It will come from the ashes of the old era.
