VBE 2 without v86

What do you call "working"? Do they just not support VBE3, or is their implementation of it faulty?

In most cases the Protected Mode Interface is not supported. I'm not sure, but I think I've seen one system with a broken interface. I think I added some sanity-checks that made me ignore it.
