I was wondering if something like the Karma Mod (http://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopi ... 0&t=559069) or some sort of "Like post" system could be set up on these forums?
This could hopefully be another metric for newer uses to pick out the "teachers" on the forum and also allow members to complement a post without interrupting the discussion with a "+1".

Re: Karma / Like Button
Proposed twice before, no change. Good luck
My biggest concern with karma is that people rate based on short time wins (and thus, future losses). In effect, the users would like posts that do their homework for them more than the posts that teach them how the boring things actually work.
