cross compiler problem..

I just re-installed cygwin completly from scratch and i still get the same error.
Any idea whats happening?

Sorry to say it, but I would bet money on that you skipped a step / paragraph in the how-to.
Every good solution is obvious once you've found it.

I don't think i have, i followed every step maticulasly and i still get the same error reinstalled loads of times but what ever I do i still get the same error, didn't get it first time weird.
