Creating an OS Installer for Bootable CD Installations.
I have finished working on my OS, but I am completely clueless on how to create a bootable CD-ROM with an installer located on it. An intaller similar to the one used with Windows XP and reactOS. Any takers?
Wait, not to be rude, but how does one finish an operating system but not be able to make bootable cds?
Anyway cdroms can use floppy images as a boot disk thing. You burn a bootable cdrom and point your burning software to your bootstrap image. This image will load the necessary drivers to read the rest of the cdrom. You can then do whatever installing you need.
