qbasic question

qbasic question

I am wanting to learn to program I saw this Millennium OS its a gui written in
qbasic. The guy who programs for it says its not possible to goto a different program language. Any advice would be welcomed.

Advice about what? Whether you should port it? if it is an actual OS?

First one is up to you but for the second one... No.
