Update on my specs!
I now have a Powermac 5500/250 (ie 250MHz PPC beauty), if you have anything you want to test on a PPC you can do so on this machine. Testing networking (read: seeing if the Ethernet card I put in will work) as of this post so you may or may not have networking from the PPC box.
Also, I decided to remove the "music box"'s 2nd HDD, so it just has the one disk for now. I don't know if this machine's HD will be writable in future, but it does (of course) have a floppy in it.

Operating systems will need to be supplied as CD images. It is an ASUS barebones PC, so I don't know much about it in terms of motherboard hardware.
These parts can (depending on whether they fit) be put into my Development PC or Testing PC #1. I'm also willing to custom build PCs. Since I work in a computer shop, I can also get hold of a variety of PCI and ISA Network, SCSI and Sound cards. If you have a specific request, I may be able to get one to test.

I'm also quite willing to do testing of usermode applications and games. I have a variety of operating systems available. On request I will happily run lspci on any of the machines above.

I have an older i486SX laptop that I'm willing to let people test on.
Toshiba T1910:

An LCD screen capable of VGA resolutions, no colour.
200MB hard drive, currently have NetBSD 1.5.3 installed.. later versions use a different floppy bootloader that doesn't appear to work on it, I have successfully loaded the NetBSD 3 kernel though.
1.44MB Floppy drive.
16-bit PCMCIA slot, with a 14.4K baud modem.. presents itself as a com(4) device under NetBSD, accepts Hayes AT commands. (I'm unwilling to connect it to a telephone line though.)
Trackball mouse with a proprietary connector, appears as traditional PS/2 mouse.
(Early dmesg, 1.5.3.. without the mouse or modem connected...).
Tested OS:
MS-DOS 6.22 with Windows 3.11 was originally on the system. (Not anymore.).
NetBSD, several releases.. 1.5.3 being the latest version capable of booting via floppy.
QNX demo disk, I found this rather impressive... it booted successfully, quickly.. and the GUI was very responsive. (A pity it's locked down so tight..).

acturealy i have one, i use for testing, but is the "perfeckt" it got many speciel things:
main hardware:
cpu : AMD 1800+ ( dont remember its name)
motherboard: eh i forgot. ( but i know that it is before the year 2000)
memory: 1 gb / 512 mb , a self choose
graphic card: 128 mb ati ( i dont remeber the rest)
and onboard soundcard.
drives:
floppy disk (1,44 mb)
dvd drive
cd burner drive
hardisks:
IBM, model "DTTA-351010" at 10,1 GB.
another IBM, with many "bad sectors", but 30 GB , the model is "DTLA - 307030"
the last is a "Segate" 40 gb barracude 7200 RPM, and its model nr is "ST340014A"
Human deviceses:
ps2 coreless mouse and keyboard
usb mouse ( a optical "AGK NORDIC") and usb keyboard
and a "mycom" screen, with the max resolutuin at 1280 * 1024 pixels, and running at 60 hertz
and of cause speakers.
