Interrupts

Post by chax »

I am upto coding interrupt routines that will directly interrupt the hardware. I don't want to use BIOS interrupts for any purpose.

Do you actually expect that for every problem you have in OSDEV that there will be a tutorial?
I thought I wasn't thinking, I thought wrong.

You realize that you posted your question in your second post to this thread?

Normally you want to post it in the first.

Certainly I don't expect that there will be a tutorial for every problem I face in OSDEV. I have been searching for one for a long time almost a month.
I certainly understand that I have actually forgotten to state the problem in my first post. Sorry about that.
And thank you James for your your kernel code.
