Old Wiki Question

Are all of the articles from the old wiki actually copied over into the new wiki? I was just wondering because there appears to be several articles that were never copied and I want to know if they were just missed or if someone didn't want them to be copied over.

If we all kept track of it correctly the following pages were intentionally not converted.
  • The TODO list
  • ToDo
  • CremeDeLaCreme
  • Using GCC Under Unix and Linux
  • Using GCC Under Windows
  • HighMemoryArea
  • Introduction
  • QuickGuide
  • Tell me about OPIC
Many pages have been renamed, however. So pointing out exactly which pages you've noticed could be helpful.
